We had a fantastic two weeks, the cottage was very comfortable and clean. Our hosts were excellent and made our stay enjoyable. The cottages are an excellent base to visit Dorset, a must is fossil hunting at Lyme Regis. Weymouth is close by and is good for fishing. Two pubs which are family friendly and serve great food are the 'Thimble Inn' at Piddlehinton and the 'Gaggle of Geese' at Magnerne Minta. Also closeby is Longleat which is great for kids. Overall 10/10.

Just want to say we enjoyed our break at Rose Cottage - it is an ideal base for sight seeing, the cottage is very clean and well equipped, and the owners are very welcoming and friendly . We would definitely recommend it!
